Several LYNX stations need to reverse their bus connections. For example, Route 12 needs to end at the Sharon Road West LYNX station (instead of the I-485 station) while Routes 19 (Park Road) and 43 (Ballantyne) need to begin and end at the I-485 station (instead of the Sharon Road West Station).
 
Route 12 is a commuter bus. It should let the passengers along South Blvd. get to the LYNX line faster. Routes 19 and 43 are destination buses. There is no supporting retail or restaurants surrounding their current stop at the Sharon Road West station. If we want people to shop and dine before getting aboard or exiting our light rail and support the 1% sales tax for transportation, you have to give them an opportunity to shop or dine while waiting for the train or after getting off. The Sharon Road west station does not offer this opportunity.
